Acts Ministry (AM) will continue change and grow in 2008.  One of those growth changes involves the launch of a new web site.  Paul Collins, Chairman of the Board, announced the development of the new ministry web site.  "For some time we have been anticipating an update to out online ministry," Collins said. "We are pleased that the new site will provide greater functionality and more resources overall."

Acts Ministry teamed up with World Visions Internet Services, LLC (WVIS), a Christian web development company, to produce the new web site.  Steve Highlander, co-owner and director of Web Development for WVIS worked closely with AM to accomplish a number of goals.

According to Highlander, "We wanted to create a site that was functional and user-friendly for both the AM staff and people visiting the site.  The new site is much easier to update, and that means the site is much more useable."  New features include: more resources, current news, guest articles, AM Affiliate Members directory and more.  "In the future we will be developing multi-media resources, such as audio, video and Power Point teaching resources," Highlander said.

AM understands the power of the Internet to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ and provide, resources, support and fellowship instantly from anywhere in the world. "We are extremely excited about the new opportunities presented to us with the upgrade to our web site," Collins said.  "We invite everyone to continue watching the next few months as the web site takes on a greater role in our ministry."

Anyone who might have suggestions about how the web site can be of greater service are invited to email their suggestions to the AM office.
