The Highlanders serve on the  pastoral/eldership team at River of Life Church, in Rockville, MO.  The couple also manages an online Bible College and minister extensively on the Internet.  Steve is ordained, holds a doctorate in Pastoral Theology and is a licensed Christian Counselor.  Brooke holds a doctorate in Scriptural Psychology and is a certified Christian Counselor.  Steve is co-owner of World Visions Internet Services, LLC, a Christian Internet Development Company.
